Sunday 5th October
Kent Youth League Cup
Herne Bay 5
Hollands and Blair 1
The kids done good!! specially Joe Evans on his return from suspension, he had a very good game.
Robert Joyce got Bay off the mark on 5 minutes, scoring directly from a free kick. Kombo Tuniouwani got the second finishing well from a Jack Scott cross. He then scored Bay's third with a 20yard screamer of a shot. Then they went in for tea.
The second half went much the same way with Bay dominating all over Winch's Field. Joyce struck again from a superb assist from Evans. Michael Tritton got sent off for a dangerous 'studs-up' challenge before Evans capped his great performance with a headed goal of his own.
In the last 5 minutes Hollands and Blair got a consolation goal to finish 5-1.
